Story 1.) The hypnotic villain Corruptor has started a plan. He pretends to be a workout guru, and using the bodies of superheroes and supervillains as a template, threatens to make thousands of men and women starve and/or work themselves to death trying to reach the body standards of the heroes. The heroes can't legally assail him, he's covered his ass that well. So reluctantly, the strategists get every hero and villain know to be used as a body-type the brainwashed people are striving for, and come up with a plan - deliberately become heavily fat so that the Corruptor's spell can be broken.
Story 2.) Ulysses X. Lugman, the hyperobese criminal mastermind known as the Slug, is dead. But he's become far more dangerous. His body was broken down and turned into a virus, and anyone it infects becomes as glutton and brilliantly evil as he was.
