"MROOWR!!!"
You were suddenly caught off guard as you heard the familiar sound of Zelina's pet cat, Ian, who quickly jumped out of the bushes and pounced toward you!
"AAAAHHH!" You screamed as you backed away, just barely avoiding getting impaled by his claws. Ian pouted before he reared back, wriggling his rump before pouncing again! You yelped as you avoided him once more, but he was starting to get angry, hissing as he slowly began to creep up to you until you had backed into the corner of the fence. "A-Andrew!", you called out to your friend. "Help me!" Satisfied that you had nowhere to run, Ian wriggled his rear once more before pouncing. You closed your eyes in fear, expecting to get sliced to ribbons. However, you were surprised to find that nothing had happened. You opened your eyes and looked up to find that Andrew had grabbed Ian off the ground, the kitty hissing and squirming around in his arms.
"Don't worry, Jack!", Andrew assured you as he wrestled with the chubby black cat. "I got hi- OWW!" He was interrupted as Ian sunk his teeth into his arm, quickly dropping the kitty as soon as he was bitten. "Owwww..." As Andrew rubbed his arm, you gasped, realizing what had happened. This happened not to long ago, and Andrew was turned squishy like you for a while. Ian grinned and pounced at Andrew, though you quickly grabbed him and ran toward his house. Ian was hot on your trail, but you managed to reach the sliding glass door in time and shut it right behind you, causing the kitty to slam into it and squish his face.
Both of you panted as you sat on the couch. "Th-that was a close one...", you said.
"Oh man...", Andrew groaned, pressing into his head and causing an indention to form. "Not this again! I hope my brother doesn't find us..." The boy shuddered as he remembered the last time he had been bitten by Ian. It didn't take long for Stevie to find him and have some "fun" with his big brother.
"We can go over to my house", you suggested. "My momma won't let anything happen to us."
"Yeah. My mom probably wouldn't notice if i was getting chewed up by my brother", he said. "We should probably wait until that cat's out of the back yard, though."
You nodded in agreement as the Andrew turned the tv on, deciding to watch some cartoons until it was safe to exit the house.
