As the two of you sat on the couch, you continued watching the back door, waiting for Ian to leave. The cat continued sitting there, licking his chops as he waited for you or Andrew to head outside. He knew you would have to head home eventually. As the two of you continued watching cartoons and occasionally checking to see if your sister's cat was still outside. Finally, you saw Zelina picking him up and carrying him home, thinking you had a chance to get home without ending up in Ian's furry tummy... but you would soon find out that might not have been so bad.
"ACK!", you heard a painfully familiar voice called out. You looked over and saw Andrew's little brother, Stevie, running over to the both of you. This was really bad. The younger boy gave you enough trouble, but Andrew was usually able to keep his brother from playing with you. After being bitten by Ian, he wasn't in any condition to help you, and was in danger himself. The four year-old scuttled over to the two of you and you both instantly grew worried.
"H-hi Stevie", you answered nervously.
"Mommy and Ash went to the store and she said I can play wif you and Bubba", he said. "I wanna play."
"Stevie, w-we can't play now", Andrew said, trying not to sound scared and hoping his little brother didn't find out he was squishy now.
"Y-yeah", you stammered. "It's t-too hot out side and I, uh, I might melt."
"Nuh-uh", Stevie whined. "I 'ust saw you finding buggys. And playing wif your kitty." Stevie pouted as he crossed his arms. He wasn't buying your lie. He then started stomping over to the two of you and grabbed your hands. "Come outside! I wanna- Huh?" Stevie looked down and saw both yours and Andrew's hands squishing in his grip. An almost creepy grin formed on his face as he looked up at both you and his now-vulnerable big brother. "You all squish, Bubba!"
Andrew yelped as the two of you pulled your hands out of the younger boy's grip. "L-leave us alone, Stevie! We just wanna watch TV!"
"Well I wanna play!", Stevie demanded as he stomped his foot in a way that would seem adorable to anyone else. "You both squish, so I the boss, and I say we play!" It seemed there wasn't going to be any reasoning with the little boy. He only saw the two of you as toys, or possibly snacks, and no amount of bargaining was going to keep him from his playtime. You both screamed as you jumped in opposite directions just as he hopped on top of the couch, both of you jumping down and running out of the living room. "I gonna catch you!", he laughed as he got down and started running toward the two of you. You and Andrew ran in and out of just about every room in the house, but he'd follow you into each one. It was a big house, but you were still in an enclosed area. He was likely to catch at least one of you eventually...
