Bumping Into Weiss Outside The Library.

After about 4 hours of reading, note taking and cramming knowledge into his brain, Jaune finally paused his work and let out a deep yawn as stretched his arms over his head.

"I think that's enough for now." he said to himself, smiling with a little pride in how much he was able to get done.

Just over 2000 words out of at least 8000 words needed to complete his essay on the Kingdom Of Vale's early history. He still had quite a bit of work ahead of him, but he had 5 days left before the essay was due. So he felt confident that he could get this done on time without issue.

Once he got all his notes and papers in order he got up from his seat to head back to his dorm room to get ready for a good nights rest.

But just as soon as he made it out of the library-

*Bump*

"Ah!"

He ran into Weiss, who let out a cute little cry of surprise as she landed on her butt.

"Weiss!" Jaune shouted in surprise and concern, immediately helping her get back on her feet. "I'm so sorry! I-I didn't mean to-"

"No no. It's okay, Jaune." Weiss said pleasantly. "I wasn't paying too much attention to where I was going anyway, so it's my fault."

Jaune blinked in bewilderment. There wasn't an ounce of the typical anger, annoyance or cold disdain she had in her tone or her eyes whenever she interacted with him. No, her voice was sincerely happy and her pale blue eyes held nothing but warmth as she looked into his own azure eyes.

'What the hell?' he thought.

What happens next?

1: Weiss continues to make casual small talk with Jaune, as if they've been friends for a long while. (Thanks to the book, Weiss has always liked Jaune from the start but has been too afraid to confess her love for him)

2: Weiss surprises Jaune even further by wrapping her arms around him in a warm embrace, kissing him on the lips and calling him darling. (Thanks to the book, Weiss and Jaune have been steadily going out for weeks)
