BLEEBLLUUBLLEEEP! Were sorry, the number you have dialed has been disconnected!
You would simply blink and turn to look at Alyssa, "Well?" she said, You shook your head. "Disconnected. Back to the drawing board." The giantess rolls her eyes and shifts through more of her stack. You sigh and pace around your headset as she looks. Man that was a anti-climax. You had almost wished at the very least you had gotten some type of response. Maybe it had just been a prank of some sort? Whatever the case you needed to re-focus back on your job search. You placed a hand on your chest and felt your heart beat leveling out. Another bullet dodged. That pretty much was your life a constant game of dogeing things. Feet, Butts, Hands, Name it and your sure you could mention a time it did or did not flatten you out. After you reformed you would always pause to hold your heart. Your not sure why you've kept it up. But it just helps recenter you. Why your heart had been beating after something like this... ....
You turn up to Alyssa and say:
1: "Who ya got?" you were simply going to allow for fate to decide your course. You've survived up till this point, no reason to stop now!
2: "Got anyone who could really use a tutor?" You felt your heart kick up in your chest. The words from that news story entered your brain but you were not about to let that stop you from finally getting out there! Prove to your mom and dad you were more then just a small burden "Let's really go for it!"
3: "Got anyone who is observant?" You clutched your chest. The words of the news story echoing like a specter in your brain. You had worked up a brave face for your parents. ... But now the realization of just what type of risk you were putting yourself in was starting to weigh you down.
