She recognizes him as being human.

Margot places her enormous feet either side of jack.
“Oh it’s another tiny.” Jack starts screaming to the giantess for help but it no use as Margot brings her right big toe to him and flicks him on his back.
“Oops.” Margot laughed as she placed her big toe over his tiny body. Jack struggled as she applied pressure to his tiny body as well as having to breath in her smelly toes.
“Margot Robbie please stop!”
With that the giantess removed her enormous toe from his body, placing it next to him.
“Oh alright, but only because you said please.” She said with a smile. Jack stood himself back up whilst looking to Margot who is staring down at him. Margot bends over placing her hands on her knees.
“My god you are just adorable aren’t you, unlike the other tinies I’ve found.”
“Other tinies?!” Jack said as he slowly walked back in confusion. Margot right hand lifted from her knee and started advancing towards him, spreading her fingers apart. Jack tried to run away but it was no used as the giantess pinched him him between her thumb and index finger. Jack screamed for his life as Margot slowly brought him up to her face. She watched Jack panic and pleading for her not to eat him.
“Eat you? Oooo now that you mention it you do look tasty.” Margot made a biting movement showing off her pearly white teeth as they clenched together, letting out a little giggle. She lets go of his body making him fall directly onto her palm.
“I’m not going to eat, well I might but we’ll see, it depends on how much of a good pet you’ll be for me.”
“What do you mean by pet, you can’t keep me as your pet!” Jack shouted in fear.
“Well haven’t you noticed how fucking big I am compared to you, I’m enormous.” She said as brought him closer to her mouth.
“Your all mine now.” As soon as she said that her massive mouth opened and her tongue made its way out covered in her saliva. She slowly licked his entire body completely covering him in her drool.
