A Criminal Ready to make a break for it

You sat stewing in the humid darkness of your box. You knew what you'd done and you didn't regret any of it, although it was impossible not to be a little concerned about your future as a tiny, not that anyone would be able to make you admit it. The box rattled around you, from the sounds you could hear you were pretty sure you were in a delivery truck and had been for the last couple of hours. You found yourself wishing that the workers at the shrinking facility would've given you something to do other than sit in the dark box. The world around you jolted a bit as the delivery truck rumbled to a stop, you heard the door slide open and then felt the lurch of someone picking up your box. Your box swayed side to side and you could hear the footsteps of whoever was carrying you. A short time later your box was set down, you only had to wait a few more minutes until the box was picked up once again. This time you heard a house door open and close and when the box was set down you could hear someone beginning to open it. Well that meant you had probably been delivered, hopefully you'd been bought by some idiot you could easily escape from, you hadn't heard of any way to reverse the shrinking effects but you had heard about some colonies of escaped tinies and if you could get to one of those you figured you'd do well in such a place. Then you heard the creaking as the top of your box was finally opened, you were momentarily blinded as light spilled into your dark prison. When your vision cleared you were finally able to see the face of your new owner...
