Bio: Rei had an incredibly rough childhood, she lost both her parents when she was 3 years old to a murderer, and barely survived the assault. She was sent to live in an orphanage in which she barely played with the others as she felt incredibly lonely. One day she saw a news report of the murderer getting away free from the charges, along with many other crimes. She secretly vowed one day to ensure justice, as the system failed her. She didn't had many friends as she usually keeps to herself. Then one day during a trip with the class, the bus slid off the road after being nearly hit by a thunder strike, and it crashed into a ditch, killing everyone but her, but she barely survived. Then suddenly when she was being treated, some people from an organization named B.L.A.C.K. came to her and saw her past and offered her the chance of something great. She was shown footage of Haruka, and she replied, she wants that chance. What followed is she was then taken to a facility to be experimented on, and they made sure that the old life was gone. She would be infused with the meteor's energies and become a giantess herself. She discovered that she can control electricity, and well, let's just say that B.L.A.C.K. would train her to become a weapon, a monster, maybe a hero. Something.
Other info: She usually doesn't want to rampage like crazy but she is very uncaring of property damage and accidental deaths and will fight back against anyone if they get in her way. She is super loyal to B.L.A.C.K. and it's mission. She usually likes being modest, but often she isn't. She is both loved and feared by certain people. Let's just say she is anti hero.
