Some more world building was needed so I might as well go with the gods of Illyrium. First on the list is the first God mentioned: Utarachi.
Utarachi is a god seen equal part creator as he is a destroyer. He is also seen as the creator of Illyrium, the seeder of life, and as the one who created humanity who he tends to favor more as humans are capable of creating beautiful creations and causing incredible destruction.
Followers of Utarchi tend to either be craftsmen who and wizards where the former focus on his aspect of creation while the former focus on destruction. Lilre is among the followers who focus on both aspects as she can heal with the spells and medical knowledge she has just as she can kill with her many many knives.
He is one of the few gods that humans and dwarves worship together as the dwarves mostly worship their own gods, and elves as a whole do not worship him. They too have their own pantheon and only give Utarachi a respectable acknowledge at the least. Though there are some outliers who worship him. Orcs, goblins, and many other monstrous creatures do not worship him and he returns the feeling as he views them as incapable of creating anything worthwhile.
Necromancers and vampires are the two things he absolutely despises the most as they mock his cycle of death and renewal, and thus many clerics of his set out to destroy these creatures.
His followers tend to have large families, especially his more martial worshippers as a core belief is that creating life is just as important as taking it.
Utarchi is fine with his male followers having harems, mushroom offerings, and is the reason why you're even in Illyrium. It was at his request that Truck-Kun even sent you here because he saw in you a great potential for change.
