A shy school nerd often picked on by his peers, Peter was bitten by a spider infused with experimental radiation and granted him heightened agility, the ability to crawl onto surfaces, and to sense incoming danger. After his Uncle Ben was killed by a burglar he let go, Peter Parker realized his responsibility as a hero. "With great power comes great responsibility."
Miles Morales/Spider-Man: The son of Jefferson Davis and Rio Morales, and the second person to take up the heroic mantle of Spider-Man in the Ultimates universe. After the universe's Peter Parker died following his final battle with the Green Goblin and his villainous horde, Miles Morales was bitten by the same spider which infused Peter with similar spider powers, with the additional ability to camouflage and produce stun blasts. Miles works hard to carry on Peter Parker's legacy.
Benjamin "Benjy" Parker II: The biological son of Peter Parker/Spider-Jane and Mary Jane "MJ" Watson-Parker, and the younger brother of May "Mayday" Parker/Spider-Girl. Born in a universe where Peter Parker retires his Spider-Man mantle following a horrific battle with the Green Goblin, Benjy was born with with some of his father’s abilities, which includes superhuman strength and shooting off webbing. Because of his familial ties with Spider-Man and Spider-Girl, Benjy is often the target of enemy attacks.

Franklin Richards/Powerhouse: The biological son of Franklin Richards/Mr. Fantastic and Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, two central members of the Fantastic Four. Born mutated due to the astronomical radiation which gave Reed and Sue their powers, Franklin was gifted with psionic abilities and is one of the most powerful mutants in the world. He has the mutant ability to reshape reality, which, plus his familial ties with the Fantastic Four, makes him a target of enemy attacks.
