They say there are multiple universe and each different in certain ways. For this one, the outbreak never happened and Raccoon City was still around and thriving. Because of that, Leon S. Kennedy had a normal arrival to the city had had a normal life as a police officer. Some times he is out for patrol or at his desk. Things were looking good for the young cop, though he didn't notice it yet, that things may get a little softer for Leon.
