1. Sierra.
Sierra is a classmate of Kady's 18 years old. She has blue eyes, pale creamy skin, and dark red hair. They've known each other since they were small children. She is very attractive to Kady, but she sees him more as a kid than a man, and does. She is aware of Kady's diapers and has even watched Kady sit naked on a potty before and seen him changing his diaper. Sierra is a gentle girl, however, and know Kady is sensitive about his diapers... and his small penis.
2. The Anime Club
They meet a couple times a week to watch and talk about Japanese cartoons. They're kind of nerdy, but they're fun people. A mixture of both boys and girls, some of them are closer to Kady than others. Most of them know about his diapers, but some don't. Kady doesn't attend every meeting, sometimes he'd rather spend time with Sierra or one of his sisters, which makes the more hardcore club members view him as a casual.
