Chapter #3

Visiting Violet Quinn

    by: Alistair Author IconMail Icon
You decided to get to know Violet better, figuring that if the three choices that came to mind, she was the one you were most likely to get along with and not end up underneath as quickly.
Bonnie was nice, but her energetic and flirtatious personality was a lot, and you weren’t sure you were up to dealing with that today, and if you chose Chloe Kim, there was a high likelihood you’d end up crushed underneath her, either by accident or sheer apathy on her part.

Since you had saw Violet leave her apartment earlier, you’d have to wait on her coming back. There was a chance that Bonnie would be home, but you thought you would at least wait till Violet was also in the apartment to save you from her roommates worst playful impulses.

You decided to grab some of your old notes from university to read over, stuff that would hopefully prepare you for your first day of your internship. Sitting down on the couch, you had a good view of both Bonnie and Violet’s door and down the hall so you could hopefully catch her before she went into her apartment.

Just as you were settling down you saw the door across the hall open and Bonnie emerge. She was dressed in her dance clothes, obviously she was leaving to go and teach a class. As she turned to lock the door she almost seemed to bend over unnecessarily, pushing out her large, toned backside, perfectly displayed by her tight leggings, and lightly shifted her hips from side to side as she locked the door. Turning back around, she looked towards the stack of tiny habitation blocks, directly at your window. She made eye contact with you, making it obvious she knew you were staring and gave you a wink before giggling and walking off, hefting her gym bag over her shoulder. You tried to focus on your notes after that but you were too flustered and could barely concentrate for five minutes before you calmed yourself down.

Around an hour passed and you were starting to get bored reading over notes you had already read over a hundred times when the rhythmic thudding of approaching footsteps. You had been listening out for them and looking up every time you heard them, but this time it was actually Violet.

You saw Violet casually strolling down the hall, carrying a bag full of what you assume to be groceries.
Violet was characteristically fairly conservatively dressed, in a hopeless attempt to hide her massive curves. She was wearing a thick, supposed to be loose fitting grey sweater that was still somehow strained stretched out around her chest. A knee length black skirt and a pair of grey tights covered her legs, barely hiding the swell of her titanic backside.

You quickly left your apartment and waited for her to get closer. Once the thuds from her feet, clad in a pair of black flats, impacting the ground were causing you to be slightly unsteady on your feet you figured she would be close enough to hopefully hear you.

“Violet! Down here!” You shouted up to her and jumped up and down, waving your arms to get her attention.
Violet’s carefree smile shifted to confusion as her ears picked up your voice. She looked around until her eyes trained in on you and her face immediately took on a nervous expression.

“H-hi... is it A-Anthony? It’s kinda hard to tell from up here,” her face immediately paled at what she must have thought to have been an insensitive comment. “Sorry! I didn’t mean to bring up the whole height thing, I’m so stupid.”

You knew conversation with people she didn’t know well made Violet nervous but this was already going way worse than you expected, and you had barely said three words to her.

“No it’s ok Violet, I don’t mind. I was just trying to get your attention to see if you wanted to hang out today? Get to know each other a bit better?” You tried to reassure her that she hadn’t offended you, but as you mention hanging out you see her face flush slightly pink at the prospect of spending time alone with a guy. Glancing around to see if anyone was watching, she responded.
“S-sure, Bonnie is out teaching a class, so you can come in if you want,” Violet opened the door, before turning to you and waiting a moment, almost as if she expected you to be able to cross the hall in such a short space of time. Realising her mistake she laughs nervously. “Oh... sorry.”

Violet quickly crosses the hall before bending over and hesitantly picking you up by pinching your torso between her thumb and forefinger. You could feel and see that her hands were slightly sweaty, probably from nerves. Violet was also pressing tighter than necessary on your torso, which compressed it slightly.

You were quickly lifted up, giving you a headrush from the speed of your ascent, as Violet stood back up and walked back into her apartment, still awkwardly holding you between two of her fingers.
Walking into the apartment, Violet gingerly set you down on the coffee table in front of the couch.
“I’ve got to put some of these groceries away... I’ll be back in two minutes,” you gave a thumbs up as Violet quickly walked into the kitchen, leaving you to look around the living room.

The living room was fairly small, but was nicely decorated. The monolithic couch behind you was right next to the door, and was flanked by an armchair, both facing the tv at the other end of the room. Glancing around the decor, you could see that Violet and Bonnie had added many personal touches to the room that made it warm and welcoming. You spotted a shelf off in the distance which held several dance trophies that Bonnie had presumably won, as well as several cookbooks that Violet had placed on a lower shelf.

Your observations of the room were cut short as you heard and felt Violet’s thudding footsteps growing closer, and soon you were cast in her shadow as she stood between the couch and coffee table, looking down on you.

“So... uhh, what do you want to do Anthony?” Violet’s timidness around you always struck you as odd, what did she have to be nervous about when she could literally do whatever she wanted to you and there would be nothing you could do about it?

Shrugging those thoughts from your mind, you focused on her question. You could just have a conversation with her, but perhaps you would be better off trying to figure out something to do with her, maybe that would offset her nerves?

1) You decide to just have a conversation with Violet, see if you can get to know her better.
2) You got a peek at Violet’s grocery bag, and saw that it was mostly filled with baking ingredients. You suggest that maybe you could bake something together.
3) Bonnie comes home early and, in her fear to avoid Bonnie teasing her about having a guy home alone with her. Violet quickly hides you on her person, but where does she hide you?

You have the following choices:

*Noteb*
1. Getting to know the shy, timid Violet

2. Getting Violet to show off her baking skills

*Noteb*
3. Violet hides you from Bonnie

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
