“Yeesh! Well, the fact that she’s reacting might be a good sign.” Peter was still sticking to her sole, while Laura’s adamantium claw now stuck out of the top of her foot. “Here goes nothing!” Peter redoubled his efforts, using his hold body to try and slide around Laura’s foot to tickle her.
It was working, and Laura’s whole foot began to spasm in response to the sensation. Peter had to really grip to hold on, especially since he wasn’t used to sticking to anything so soft. “If I survive this, at least I’ll know I could have a lucrative career as a bull rider! Ride em cowboy!” He quipped, and suddenly his spider-sense went off again. He stopped tickling the mutant girl as her foot began to lift off the bed. “Uh oh.” Peter thought.
Laura is awake! But what happens next?
1) She sits up on the edge of the bed, pinning Spidey under her foot (but not killing him).
2) She brings her foot to her face to see what woke her up.
