Quinn Pensky had developed the world's first actual shrinking device, Capable of reducing any target to the specified size the nerdy girl desired.
So far, she had gotten it to work on two different objects, fruit, and vehicles. First, she turned a patch of full-grown watermelons into tiny pieces of candy that proved to be no match to her teeth.
Then she reduced a teacher's car to the size of a Hot Wheel toy car, which she had to dispose of under her black and white converse sneaker. Although, she did neglect to check whether or not the teacher was inside before crushing it under her foot.
Now it was time to move on to actual human trials, but there was no way she was going to test the device on herself. It would be much easier to experiment on Zoey, Nicole, and Lola once they gathered together in Room 101.
Of course, Quinn wasn't going to let them stay tiny forever. Quinn could set a timer on how long the effects would last, and she figured one week would give her enough time to conduct all of her desired experiments.
The shrinking device also had a wide range and could easily be used to shrink everyone at PCA with the proper power source. However, when targeting human beings, her invention was not capable of distinguishing between its unwilling victims and its creator. Suggesting Quinn would be caught in the crossfire, with a few hundred tiny students chasing after her.
Then finally, Quinn made her move, breaking into room 101 in the middle of the day with her device in hand, ready to shrink her friends and make them her lab rats, unaware that her day would take the opposite turn.
"Okay, I need to find a place to hide my special Quinnvention." Quinn whispered to herself, closing the door behind her, realizing that she needed to find a place where Zoey, Nicole, and Lola wouldn't find it accidentally.
"Maybe under Zoey's bed or at the bottom of their hamper." Quinn thought to herself, hoping the girls wouldn't do laundry anytime soon, especially with the few random articles of clothing spread across their floor.
The nerdy girl finally decided on a location, wedging her device between the couch cushions, unable to remember the last time she saw the girls use the couch in their dorm. Since they usually gathered around Zoey's bed like she was the main character in a sitcom or something.
Quinn set the timer, plunging her hand between the couch cushions to effectively hide the device, accidentally pressing a button that accelerated the count. "I'll come back in a few hours. Collect them in a hamster cage." Quinn smiled, pepping herself up as she turned to walk towards the door, only to shrink herself only a moment later.
Quinn couldn't even blink, let alone turn around to fix her mistake before the room shot up around her, her body reduced to the fragile size of an inch tall. "What? No! this isn't how it was supposed to happen!" Quinn panicked, refusing to believe she would be this small for the next week.
"I have to get back to my room. Maybe I can grow myself back once I'm alone." Quinn said to herself, quickly transitioning into her backup plan. Making a run for the door, figuring she could probably crawl under the bottom rail into the hallway and make her way towards her room from there.
Unfortunately, Quinn quickly realized that her backup plan would require its own backup plan as the door handle began to turn. She needed to hide and move fast, thinking more like a mouse than a human being.
Where can Quinn hide?
1. Quinn dives into one of Zoey's turned-over basketball sneakers, subjugating herself to the blonde's socked feet as she preps for a workout.
2. Quinn crawls under Lola's bikini bottoms, forced to stay hidden while the aspiring actress undresses over her, getting ready to tan outside. Unfortunately, Quinn's joining her.
3. Quinn hides under one of Nicole's bras, choosing to stay hidden before Nicole picks her up to get changed, unknowingly strapping the tiny girl to her chest in the process.
4. Zoey, Nicole, and Lola burst through the door before Quinn could find a place to hide, encircling the tiny girl before one of them noticed what looked like a bug on the floor. Will they realize it's Quinn or stomp her into the carpet first and ask questions later?
