Turns target into a Slime being for five minutes. While in this state the target will be able to change their shape, consume monsters to gain abilities, and increase their mass with water.

"I hope this works..." May mumbled, tapping the page of the book.
Once again the letters began to glow brightly, and in an instant May's body had changed. While her clothes were unchanged, her body had become a translucent blue. For a moment, May stared in awe at her hand, making it morph into different shapes with only a thought. Then, she looked to the bars of the cell.
Here goes nothing...
She reached her arm through the bars and easily slipped her body through.
Splish!
And stepped right into a puddle of water.
She felt goosebumps as the water was quickly absorbed into her feet, and felt her rear swell up. Not by a lot, but enough to make her shorts feel just a little too tight.
"Eek!" May jumped a little at the surge of energy between her legs. The book really hadn't lied about "increasing mass." But maybe it wouldn't carry over when she changed back?
Several minutes later she'd changed back, and her shorts were still too small.
Having made it out of her cell, she walked down the row of cells, finding each one to be empty. Finally. she encountered a staircase. Climbing up, she found herself in a dark, oppressive stone corridor, not dissimilar to the many dungeon crawlers she'd played over the years, complete with lit torches hanging off the walls.
