Vampires are a noble race who view themselves superior to others. Due to this vampires aren't part of the monster army but more commonly act as clans aligning themselves with either monster or humans depending on what benefits them. This is true for Queen Victoria, an elder vampires with ghost white skin, long night black hair, a bright red eyes that shine with the intensity of hell fire. Using a treaty with the demon king she now had control over 8 human cities in exchange for having having her army fight among side the lower monsters against the human nations.
The majority of Victoria's subjects were humans but they lived a high quality life as their only requirement from their ruler was a blood tax and in exchange the old race would teach humans technology unknown to the outside world.
When the demon king offered a treaty the extra cities were nice but it gave her an advantage the demon king probably didn't consider. Vampire clans are always limited in both size and power by the amount of humans they have to feed on so sending her army's out they could consume endlessly on the battlefield while the army's absence and the extended stock ment the royal family could eat all they want making them stronger than ever.
