At first, Billy said nothing. Then, he turned and called to Robert.
"Daddy! John hit me!" He cried.
In no time at all, Robert lumbered over to the scene.
"John, is this true?" He asked.
"Yes, sir," John said, looking guilty.
As John was about to say something, he heard a loud honk!
"I'll deal with you later," he said.
He walked off to a beat up tow truck that was parked in the driveway. Out stepped two werewolves, one really tall and really skinny and one short and round. The tall one wore a collared shirt with a necktie and the round one wore a tank top. Their shirts were so small, they looked like the two were wearing crop tops. Both werewolves had goatees and tool belts, but the taller one's pants were baggy.
"Hello, sir!" He said, offer Robert a phony-looking business card. It read:
Sparky and Chippy Repairs!
We fix anything!
"I don't remember calling for repairs on anything," Robert said.
"Not only are we repairwolves," the tall werewolf said. "We also build things."
"On second thought," Robert said. "I could use some new buildings on this farm. Which one are you? Chippy?"
"This is Chippy," the tall one said, gesturing to the round one. "I'm Sparky."
"Hey, Daddy," Billy said. "Look at this guy! Is he walking on stilts?"
"No, silly," Sparky said, rolling up his pants to reveal his long legs.
"Now, run along, Billy," Robert said. "And try to stay out of mischief."
When Robert wasn't listening, Sparky and Chippy eyed each other deviously.
"Phase one of our rustling operation is complete," Sparky whispered.
"That farmer and his family are about to go broke," Chippy chuckled, his hands on his stomach.
