Amanda calmed down about a minute later and decided that one successful test was not enough to convince her to use the gun on herself. Amanda saw what the gun did from a distance to Arnold and she wanted to see if she could get a more close up test.
She scanned the park again from her window and saw that Alan and Melissa were still at the Tennis courts. Amanda was tempted to see if the gun could improve Melissa's tennis serve.
Right past the tennis courts were the basketball courts.there were 5 of them.
They were mostly empty except for one court 1 several guys were playing pickup game of 3 on 3. On the furthest court from the 3 on 3 games Amanda saw a young woman practicing free throws by herself. She was doing rather poorly and Amanda laughed as she watched the woman shoot 2 air balls from the free throw line. Since she was all alone Amanda figured she would be a perfect test subject. Especially since like Arnold the clothes she was wearing were to big on her.
Or Amanda figured she could hold off on testing the gun for a second time.
