With a hidden nod to his wife, Inoichi turns to Ino, "Ino, come with me. Naruto, my wife is going to talk to you in private." Grabbing Ino by the shoulder, Inoichi guides his daughter out of the room while Ms. Yamanaka walks over to Naruto.
"I bet this never crossed your mind that you would become my daughter, did it Naruto?" Ms Yamanaka asks
"No i never would have thought this was possible Ms Yamanaka." Naruto says, a small flinch hearing his new voice.
"No, Ino, call me mom." Ms Yamanaka says with a pointed look.
"Wait, why did you call me Ino, and why do you want me to call you mom." Naruto asks shocked
"That scroll your new father just read isn't some long lost story. Allow me to introduce myself to you properly. My name is Sara Yamanaka, formerly Inoichi Yamanaka. The problem wasn't that we couldn't swap back, it was that it took Sara, now Inoichi too long to master the reverse jutsu. At that point we had been living each others lives for four years. By the time we could have swapped back, we both had new interest, hobbies and friends. We would have been strangers to our own lives. In the end we decided not to swap back. Us getting married was a coincidence simply due our new sexual attractions." Sara explains
"Are you saying I will be attracted to guys?" Naruto asks horrified
"Possibly, look don't worry about that for now, you and Ino, sorry Naruto, are still both young. You never know about the future. I do know that you will start to develop some of Ino's habits within the next forty-eight hours thought. The mental changes are quite fast." Sara explains
"How fast?" Naruto asks worried
"I bet I could make you call me mom right now." Sara says with a challenging smirk
"Prove it." Naruto says quick to answer the challenge
Raising her voice enough to make her point but not quite yelling, Sara gives Naruto a stern glare, "Ino Yamanaka, you are grounded. No clothes shopping or hanging out with Sakura for a week."
Without even thinking about it, Naruto whines, "But mom..."
"Told you. Now, the question is Ino, do you think you can hold on to yourself long enough to learn the counter in under a month, or, do you wish to dive right in and embrace your new life in femininity. I did, and I never looked back. Besides," here Sara leans in close and whispers into Naruto's ear, "You would be surprised just how comfortable it can be, being an elegant woman. The clothes are silky smooth and soft and you get to look like a queen. I mean look at me."
---Meanwhile---
"Ino, You are going to have to pose as Naruto for a while, if not longer." inoichi orders
"But daddy, Naruto is a loser, I don't want to be him." Ino whines
"You should have thought about that before using a jutsu you weren't adept with yet. There is a reason that we only allow you to train against other Yamanaka. Now you have to live with the consequences."
"What am I supposed to do then." Ino retorts
"You will be adopted by the Yamanaka clan as mine and your mothers adopted son. That or we have you live Naruto's life to the letter. That is the exact same offer that your grandfather gave your mother and I when we went through this." Inoichi reveals
"Wait, what, your actually my mom?" Ino balks
"No, I never gave birth to you. Your mother was the original Inoichi Yamanaka and she gave birth to you about three years after our own swap. Now, will you pose as Naruto and our new adopted son, or do we exile you." Inoichi asks
"I-I accept. I don't want to leave daddy." Ino sobs
"Hey, I know its a lot to take in, I admit I reacted the same way giving up my former body. But I promise, the more you embrace it, the better it gets." Inoichi sooths his new son.
