Scott felt quite intimidated at the presence of the gigantic ebony soldier, but, after concluding that it should be safer to ask for help from a uniformed person, the boy decided to go after her. Getting closer to the gigantic woman, he quickly realized that he wasn't taller than her outsole, in fact, this single part of her shoe looked like an imposing wall to him. Feeling his heart racing at this thought, he decided to don't look up at her, in fear of having a panic attack between the giantess's feet.
He knew very well that he could kick and punch her boot as much as he wanted, but if this bootee were able to hold on stepping on sharp rocks or take, even if just the smallest, bug bites, she wouldn't be able to feel him at all. Looking around for answers, he noticed her shoelace propping from the top of his view. "That's it!" he thought
Taking a deep breath, he ran to her boot and used it as a propellant to gain speed and height, finally jumping up, grabbing the shoelace with all his might and screaming in victory.
"I can do it!" He said, "I will survive!"

Yawning, Aarin stared at the horizon in front of the airport. She and a lot of other soldiers were guarding the place in case of any terrorist attack, and she couldn't wait to get back to her base and relax. Soon or later, her friend was going to show up and she would change shifts with someone else for the night. "God, I can't wait to go to base! I am standing up here all day, my feet are killing me!", she thought.
Her boots were very useful, they protected her from her broken glass, rocks and snake bites, things that someone working in the military sometimes needs to worry about. But she couldn't deny that, despite their usefulness, standing up all day wearing them was tough, and her feet were aching! Even though they had some nice perks too when she was patrolling the perimeter, she was able to see a poor little bug, scattering around for food, grinning, she quickly changed her course a little bit, just to step on the bug. She gave a satisfied smile as she felt the bug's tiny body pop under her sole, purposely twisting her angle just to mangle the little thing's body on the pavement, spraying its guts on the airport floor. "Didn't stand a chance..." she thought, walking back to her pattern direction, leaving behind the bug juice in her footsteps.
Soon, she saw a military pickup coming closer to her. "Finally!" she thought, as she got ready to go back to her base, thinking about taking off these bug-stained boots.

With all the strength in his arms, Scott was able to climb up the shoelace, being finally able to reach the gusset of the boot. Taking a deep breath, he jumped into the jungle of laces in front of him, tangling himself in some.
"Alright, now I need to think of..." he said when suddenly, his world started to move.
The giantess was moving. Only a small step from her was enough to change the boy's entire universe, giving him a feeling of dread he had never felt before. Considering his current options, Scott decided to...
