Alan didn't think sitting down in the priority seats would be a problem as there wasn't anyone who needed it that wasn't already sitting down, he was also a bit sore and tired from running from the train platform to the bus to ensure he made the bus in time.
Wanting to drown out the world he put in his earphones and listened to his morning podcast and while he was distracted he didn't notice someone else get on. Someone he should've moved for but didn't.
