She comes across an eating contest.

She headed out planning to do some shopping downtown. Once again she marvelled at Anima City's different standards of beauty. Back home she would have attracted plenty of stairs with a belly like the one she was sporting but here no one minded.
She eventually arrived and spent some time window shopping although nothing particularly caught her interest. Eventually however she noticed there appeared to be a lot of people gathering in the food court and curiosity propelled her to go see what that was all about.
Between the signs and the number of people busily whipping up food around a long white table it didn't take much deductive reasoning to figure what was going on, the mall was hosting eating contest.
She had been thinking of food and the resulting fat but this isn't quite what she had in mind. Nevertheless she had to admit it was certainly interesting.
