ok, here are some ideas on how Danny's mom might become a big baby

a wish

the old standby for reality changing stuff, someone makes a wish and Deserie grants it. Maybe someone wishes that maddie was a big baby, maybe someone wishes for adult women to be big babies, maybe something else.

A malfunction

some new fenton invention malfunctions in a strange way, causing Maddie to become a big baby, or reducing all adult women to big babies, maybe something else.
