Enbiggen was supposed to be the newest and best wonder drug to spread across the world, pills that provide actual tangible male and female enhancement quickly and easily, all with the convenience of allowing specific gains in size or length to be targeted with specifically formulated pill types.
Of course… nothing is perfect, and roughly one year after the drugs were released, it was found that they had a very peculiar side effect on the body parts they enhanced, they would fall off! More specifically:
Sticky: The fallen body parts still work normally, and can be reattached to just about anyone or anything, and any living thing to have a part attached to themselves felt it as though it was their own, until it was detached again that is.
Pets: The fallen body parts still work mostly normally, except for the fact that they also animate, becoming something like pets, loyal to their owners.
The Genital Trade: Once a body part falls off, it can no longer be felt or used by its owner, but instead of dying, it goes into a biological limbo, where it can be reattached by anyone, including it’s old owner, which would cause it to graft itself on to them. Furthermore if someone were to take more of the drugs, not only would the part or parts fall off again in the future, but anyone that had this already happen to them, will find that taking drugs for any parts they don’t currently have will make them (re)grow said parts.
The Sticky Genital Trade: Something of a combination of the first and third options. Detachable body parts are sticky and work like they always have for their owners or those who wear them, but with the added caveat that the owner can chose to break their link to them, making them graft onto the next person to put them on. Once more, taking drugs for a body part you don’t have makes you grow that particular body part or set of body parts.
