Sometime after the disappearances of Professors Sada and Turo, a team of expert trainers were sent down in to Area 0 to investigate. They found Pokemon from prehistoric times, the future, and the ancient days of Sinnoh...and got trapped down there.
Boomtown
A town of pokemon ruled by an Alpha Tinkaton named Tina inside an area of a mostly abandoned human city that was under construction before she took over...and is constantly being torn down and re-built by her gang.
The Underbelly
Ruled by an Alpha Purruggly named Fishbones and her gang of former stray pokemon, The Underbelly is the subway system beneath the city Boomtown is in. Any human down there is either the captive toy of a gang member or a snack to be.
