"Josh I found a spot!" Jenn waved from a booth off in the corner. He gave a worried glance at Zoe only for it to be returned with a sorry shrug as she went back to preparing drinks. He turned and walked to join Jenn in the booth, and was slightly disturbed by Zoe's hair now framing his face.
"So come on what's in the box?" Jenn asked looking at his hands anxiously.
"Oh it's- Do... do you notice anything different about me?" Josh asked nervously.
"What do you mean? Like new coat? Maybe your face is a little red from the cold. You really should wear a scarf." Jenn commented.
"No no none of that... You really can't tell?" He said brushing a fist full of pink and black hair in front of his face.
"Did you do something with your hair again?" Jenn said nervously. "Oh I'm so bad at noticing that. Is it the color? It looks great!"
"No... that's not all." Josh said chuckling to himself. 'She really has no idea!' He thought to himself.
"Did you cut your bangs again? Can you just tell me babe? Promise it looks great as always." Jenn pleaded squeezing one of his hands.
"I don't know how you can't notice that this isn't may hair Jenn. It's Zoe's." Josh answered, and like flipping a switch he saw Jenn's eyes go wide.
"Holy shit!" She exclaimed drawing the attention of the surrounding patrons. "Sorry!...sorry." She apologized meekly before turning back to Josh. "What the Fuck happened!"
"It was box..." Josh began before giving her the quick rundown of the last 5 minutes.
"So cause Zoe has a super sniffer you decided to swap hair with her?" Jenn smirked.
"I didn't know it would work. Obviously." Josh responded. "But now I need to wait till she comes with our drink before we can swap back."
"Speaking of I got the Pumpkin and Peppermint Latte so we better make this quick Pinkie." Zoe stated as she appeared at their booth.
