Sitting there in his car, Josh really didn't need to think about it for long. Feeling Jenn's bra hang loosely on his chest, he knew he had to get put right. "Jenn, I think it would be best if you put my clothes back the way they were." Seeing the disappointment on her face, Josh quickly followed it up with an explanation. "I love how you're liking the book, but I feel that us having to take all these extra precautions just to take a shower and use the bathroom is not worth it."
Looking over at Jenn, Josh could see that she seemed to be thinking about something. She looked down at the book in her hands and back at him, still dressed in her clothes. Suddenly, her serious look turned into a smile. "I totally get it." She told him as she started to gather her things. "I'll tell you what. Follow me up to my room and I will set you right, but I can't simply get rid of it and will need to replace it with another spell to ride out the reminder of the week."
Hearing this caused Josh to think about what he wanted to do. He could live the remainder of the week dressed in everything that Jenn wore and coordinate with her in an attempt to keep the peace or go up to her room and get another spell placed on him to ride out the week. "Jenn, I feel that we need to replace it. That way it will be easier on the both of us and we won't have to worry about forgetting something." Expecting her to blow up, Josh was surprised to see her still smiling at him. He couldn't really explain it, but this seemed to cause the hair on the back of his neck to stand straight up.
"Fine, lets go up to my room and we will get this fixed up for you." Jenn simply replied to him as she gathered up her things to head inside. Afraid that he messed up, Josh turned off the car and followed her up the pathway. Opening the door and heading inside, Jenn could see Kira sitting on the sofa playing one of her games. "Kira, I'm home." She told her as she started to walk past the entry way leading to the living room.
"Umm.. Good for you?" Kira replied back as she looked up to see Josh coming in. "Oh hey Josh." She called out to him as she got up. Josh wasn't surprised that she was coming to meet him. over the years, the two of them became pretty close as friends and since Josh was starting to come over more often to meet up with Jenn, he started to think of her more as a sister than a friend. As she was standing by him, Josh felt Jenn's glasses appear on his face once more Wondering if Kira had seen anything, Josh waited to see if she brought it up. "Did you want to team up so that we can school some noobs with the new map that was released?" She asked, seeing nothing wrong with what he was wearing.
Glad to see that she didn't seem to notice anything about stuff appearing suddenly on him, Josh grinned and started to muss Kira hair. "Sorry, but I can't right now, but perhaps a little later we can when I get home." He told her as he felt his feet getting colder. Josh looked down to see that Jenn had taken off her boots and now he could see that his were gone too. "I've got to go, but I will let you know when I get home." Josh told her as we quickly made his way up stairs to Jenn's room, hoping that he wasn't going to be losing any other articles of clothing. Thankfully his fears proved to be unfounded as he only lost his shoes, opening the door to Jenn's room, Josh could see her sitting cross legged on her bed with her new tome opened in front of her.
She didn't seem to notice him walking into the room since Josh was able to sit on the bed, causing her to jump from the sudden surprise. "Jeeze, you scared me." She told him while placing her hand on her chest in an attempt to calm her heart.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to, but Kira didn't seem to notice anything when you put your glasses on and they appeared suddenly on my face." Josh told her as he gestured to his face. Seeing that Jenn continued to look down at her book, he sighed as he lay down on her bed. While looking at the ceiling of her room, Josh decided to see what she had in mind for him. "So uh..." He started, but paused thinking about the best way to proceed. "What are you thinking about doing to replace clothes thing that you did?"
Looking back up and seeing him laying down on her bed, Jenn took off her glasses and chuckled to herself as she saw them disappear from his face. "So, just let me get this right." She started. "You want to get rid of my clothes and you give me permission to give you something else?" Seeing that this might be the chance to get his clothes back, Josh quickly sat back up and sat across from Jenn on the bed. He eagerly nodded his head. "Alrighty." She simply said as she lifted her right hand towards him and while looking at him. "Reverti Retro." As she recited the incantation, the world seemed to spin around Josh causing him to close his eyes in an attempt to not get sick all over her bed. As soon as he felt like the world stopped spinning, Josh looked down to see that he was wearing his clothes once more. To be sure, he took of his shirt. "Happy?" Jenn asked.
"Very." He told her as he looked down to see that his shoes were his once more. Seeing the time he started to give her a quick kiss. "I've got to go."
He started to get up, but Jenn grabbed his arm. "Wait, aren't you forgetting your payment for me fixing you?"
Starting to back away from her, Josh chuckled nervously. "Are you serious about that?" He asked looking at the book laying on the bed.
"Yes I was." Jenn told him with a serious look. "Now if you don't sit down right now, I will make it so everyone thinks your a baby of even better a little girl." Seeing the scared look on his face, Jenn couldn't help but smile. Pointing down at the bed, Jenn firmly told him. "Sit." Fearful of what she might do, Josh dutifully did as she requested. With a smile on her face, Jenn looked at him. "I won't do anything too bad to you." Looking back down at the book, Jenn raised her hand back towards him and started again.
Unlike last time, Josh couldn't seem to hear the words of the incantation, but instead he heard what sounded like wind rushing across his ears. All that he was able to hear was the wind and nothing else, but as quickly as it started, it subsided and Jenn looked pretty proud of herself. "Okay, so what did you do?" He asked, trying to sound unafraid, but he felt his voice quiver more than once.
"All I did was make it so that _____________" She told him with a confident smile on her face.
