You have no limitations

He walks over to a small shelf on the wall and retrieved a small tool. It looks like a drill of some sort, but you can tell it's not quite anything you've seen before.

Bringing it over, he seems to turn on some kind of switch as the end of the tool lights up with a blue light.

"This is a muscular modifier. It can alter muscle and blood vessels to some extent." he says, seemingly attentive to your intrigue, "I'm going to temporarily take care of your...well...member."

He presses the end of the device towards your crotch as you recoil back, but he places his hand on your thigh in an attempt to comfort you and presses a small switch on the device.

The blue light turns red as the tip touches the area just under your rather extended penis, sending a tingle throughout the area. You watch as your erection subsides, your penis quickly deflating to its flaccid state. Continuing to hold the device where it is, the light turns yellow as he turns a small knob on the device, as your now flaccid penis continues to shrink smaller than you've previously experienced.

It deflates even further until it is only an inch long and much skinnier.

"There we go. We'll restore that later, but it's generally easier to modify you when there's not a constant erection. This just removed the ability for you to get an erection for a short time and reduced the length by a considerable amount."

He takes the tool and:
