You decide to let the cute young man decide

"Dealer's choice" you say to the young man.

"Oh?" he says, with a slight smile on his face.

As you take a seat, you ask him his name. "I'm Eli" he replies.

"Well Eli, I'll leave it up to you" you say as you look at him.

"Wonderful. Well, let's take a look at you first. Please undress first and take a seat in the chair. You can place your cloths on the counter over there".

You hesitate, but slowly start to remove your shirt followed by your sweatpants, before noticing you have a slight bulge in your pants.

"It's alright, we get that quite a bit. We just opened here, but I've been working for the B&B for some time now, I'm used to it by now" Eli says with a subtle smile again "Go ahead and disrobe and take a seat, I can handle everything from here on out."

Removing the rest of your cloths, still blushing a bit, you take a seat in the chair. It's warm to the touch on your skin. "Heated seats?" you ask.

"Yes. We like to keep our customers comfortable and happy. I do have to ask, do you want to avoid any specific modifications?" Eli responds.
