He takes the tank and heads to his backyard and gets in the middle and walks back in to get some rope. As he is walking out he wonders if the hose can still hold him down when he is floating or should he still use the rope to not float away? Maybe just willingly float away anyway, "I'll deflate though." he says as a thought outloud. He chooses...
