Like a deer in headlights you stood paralyzed watching the two pair of shoes rapidly get closer and closer. You slap yourself in the face and squat down, the only way you could survive this is by jumping up onto an oncoming shoe. If your timing was only a little off, you would end up crushed or kicked so far that there'd be nothing left to find. Timing... Timing was your end all be all. In an instant you saw your ride, the daughter's right shoe was going to hit first, you watched as the foot slammed down flattening the carpet beneath it, and slowly begin to drag across into liftoff. Without thinking you jump as high as you can praying that you land on the tarp=like surface of the shoe. Do you make it?
