Arlan was doing his official turn of taking care of Peppy just as Asta had asked him for the favor, it was not like he had problems since it was an activity that allowed him to distract himself from his usual responsibilities. This time when he went to Asta's office to pick him up he found that it was completely messy, it seemed that Asta had temporarily left and Peppy trying to escape to follow her had made a mess.
- How many times will I have to tell Miss Asta that she should be more careful with Peppy and train him properly? Arlan wondered when he saw the room.
Peppy, observing him, approached him affectionately as he usually did, this time he looked quite agitated and it was really noticeable that he wanted to leave the room, Arlan was going to put the leash on him to prevent him from escaping to look for Asta but before attaching it he saw that behind his back there was a small button and before he could notice Peppy launched himself against him and made him press it.

'What just happened? Maybe that button is one of the young lady's experiments? I have to go to the infirmary to get checke...
He couldn't finish thinking the words when he noticed that his arms were surrounded by hair. He turned his head and finally realized that his range of vision had been completely changed. The furniture that had previously looked normal-sized now looked gigantic and next to it he could see from a third person his body rise and examine itself slowly.
He had no doubts, the button had caused him to become Peppy.
