Maybe a step above diapers, X-23 could be forced to be a little girl? Wearing special made clothes in her size that wouldn’t look out of place on a 4 or 5 year old, the only shows she’d be allowed to watch are cartoons that are typically liked by little girls, made to play with dolls, stuffed animals, have tea parties, ect, have supervised trips to the bathroom where her caregiver either gives her a bath or wipes her after she uses the potty, and so on?
