When does kirito change?

Option1- Suguha messed with his avatar before he logged in into sao which wasn't fixed when kayaba used those mirrors on the players

Option2- Asuna gets a item from a monster drop, said item can change anyone into whatever the wielder wants so she uses it on kirito

Option3- Kirito learns of a quest in sao and goes to do it but can't since it's a female only quest so he eventually finds an item that change a person into whatever they want
