This choice: Even more villains await... in the Legion of Chaos. • Go Back...Chapter #4The Legion of Chaos by: Keroro04   The Legion of Chaos... these people are the biggest of villains within the world of Capes and Burgers. With Moss already among their ranks, these four choices make up the other four leading members of the group.
Cocoa Powder
Civilian Name: Debbie Eldstein
Age: 28
Height/Weight: 5'3"/140 lbs.
Origin: Artifact-Cursed
Debbie Eldstein was born mostly an ordinary person, with a particular affinity for chocolate. Growing up under a rough household, she quickly took to working in local crime to make ends meet all due to her parents refusing to provide ordinary supplies for her. At first, she was only a moderate success due to her lack of powers, bringing an unerring accuracy to let her succeed easily in robbing banks on the small scale, while also hiding from the police at the local grocery store as an alibi.
And then she got cursed by the Cocoastone. Wedged directly in her throat after a heist on The Owl's mansion to steal all of the prizes she had found from her various adventures, the Cocoastone directly altered her DNA to become much, much faster. The only problem however was that her metabolism itself was sped up as well, causing her to burn dozens of pounds in the span of a minute. The only way to nullify this dangerous thinning was to take an hourly injection of raw cocoa powder into her bloodstream, as the powder acted as a stabilizing agent.
With her super speed, Debbie ascended greatly up the ladder of villainy. Now the leader of her own group of operations, she is the rookie in the Legion of Chaos, only brought in by recommendation by Drusilla. She has a very heavy feeling of needing to prove herself because of this, and she has her sights on doing that by taking down the Power Lounge by herself. However, she is very much out of her league... or so she thinks.
Drusilla
Civilian Name: Drusilla Tepes
Age: 340 (Appears 20)
Height/Weight: 5'9"/640 lbs.
Origin: Vampire Lord
Drusilla Tepes is a third generation spawn of Dracula, the father of all Vampires himself. The second oldest of all living vampires outside of her grandpops, Drusilla was raised in Spain where she made herself a major enemy of the local organization of superheroes known as the Knights of the Reconquista. She has been fighting a over three hundred year battle against the various generations of heroes, and in all that time she still looks in her physical prime.
Well, age wise. Body wise she had ballooned within the past two decades. This is due to the actions of Burnt Basque, a former hero of the previous generation of the Knights made up from sweets who took to it herself to put an embarassing end to Drusilla's reign of terror. She ended up making Drusilla drink her cheesecake blood, which she had treated with addictive chemicals beforehand.
While she had lost her life, she had succeeded in her goals. Drusilla's undead metabolism couldn't get rid of the chemicals and she had become known for sucking masses of people dry just to fill up her rapidly bloating gut. Her destructive hunger earned her a spot on the Legion even as her body neared immobility, and nowadays she finds herself only barely able to stand. As such, she now acts through others and awaits the day she can finish her endless feast with the blood of the rest of the Knights of the Reconquista.
Blood Coral
Civilian Name: Amelio Faraday
Age: 30
Height/Weight: 5'11"/170 lbs.
Origin: Atlantean-in-Exile
Blood Coral used to be a prominent general in the armies of Atlantis. Being born with a meta-gene which had converted his entire body into coral, he had from birth been an impenetrable fortress from which nobody had been able to get through. He rose above even the ranks of the nobility within the army which towered over him, proving to the country that anyone could be an apex within Atlantean society.
And then his image was absolutely tanked by the Free Oceans movement. He had suffered loss after loss against this resistance movement, consisting of various Atlantean rebels, Italians wishing to take back their country, and various other figures that lived in the Pacific Ocean. After enough losses, Angleri herself saw him as unfit to live and nearly killed him only to find her teeth shattering against the intense coral armor that made up his body.
He ended up finding refuge in the Legion of Chaos thankfully enough, where he was accepted to eventually act as a puppet ruler for the Legion's operations in Atlantis. Seeking to take control over the country from his massive ruler while also executing the Free Oceans who had humiliated him, he has taken the blood of various Atlanteans and has collaborated with Valkyrie in order to create a brand new Spirit: the Spirit of Atlantis. Time will tell whether he succeeds or not however...
Valkyrie
Civilian Name: Adelheid Käthe
Age: 21 (Thousands of Years from past incarnations)
Height/Weight: 6'6"/190 lbs.
Origin: Spirit of the German Empire
Valkyrie is the spirit from which represented the German Empire, forever tainted to darkness due to the actions of the Third Reich. Originally an amalgamation of various minor states long ago, her body was brought together into a single being by Otto von Bismarck, the Iron Chancellor himself in order to create the perfect soldier. Each minor incarnation brought in some quirks to her however, and the final result was a easily imprinted spirit.
Unfortunately, this moldable nature meant that when World War 2 came around she was taken full advantage of by the Nazis. Unlike her fellow two spirits of Edo and Neopolitan who rebelled against their own countries, Valkyrie fought alongside the Nazis and had to be struck down by her sister. Even with her death however, the memories of the Valkyrie lingered on and brought future incarnations towards evil in subtle ways.
The current incarnation, an athlete by the name of Adelheid has only barely gotten out of college by the time she had started acting on the dark impulses of her past incarnations. Enrolled in the Legion of Chaos, she found the faded power of the German Empire... lacking in particular interest. Rather, she has turned to try understanding the scientific means of how she and other Spirits exist, so that she may one day overcome her weakening nature and become a goddess among men.
