“Mom it’s here” Ann, Kristen’s 16 year old daughter, said. “Great! Cannot wait to try on new dress for my newscast, Funny box awful heavy for a dress” Kristen stated. “ Wait. I didn’t order boots” In the box was a pair of boots with an inch heel. Also a pair of leggings.
“Need to send this back “ Kristen said. “ Mom, try them on anyway. Bet you would look sexy “. Seeing her daughter excited about new fashion, Kristen said yes She put on the leggings and noticed how strange they felt on her legs. The boots felt similar. “These don’t feel like regular boots” she commented as she zippered them up.
Suddenly her whole body started to shiver. “Mom what’s happening to you” Ann asked. “I don’t know. I feel energized and something is happening to my body” Ann’s eyes got wider and her mouth opened in shock “Mom your floating in the air”. Kristen looked and she was three feet off the floor. Then falling back down to the floor, she held her head
“ My brain! it feels like it’s on fire” Ann went over to assist her mother. “These boots! Some kind of manual is registering in my brain” she said. “ These are a new weapon for women in the field who do spying. They have all kinds of features to assist them” Ann did not know what to say. “ The boots and the leggings interact with my nerves and muscles in my body” Watch”
Kristen strode up and in a flash she was gone “Mom where are you? “Ann asked. “Outside” was the answer. Ann went outside and saw her mother standing on a large tree branch. “How did you get up there” I jumped” “Watch out below” Kristen jumped as as she came close to the ground, a plume of air came out from the heels to ease her landing.
“What are you going to do with them “ Ann asked. “ I don’t know “ as she picked up a huge stump from the ground and threw it to the other side of the yard like it was a toy. “ Been trying to get rid of that stump for months” she said.
“Impressive” said a voice from behind them. Who was that voice as they turned to see who it was
