Demotions, Level Loss, Status Effects, and other ways Heroes and Heroines get defeated |
| This Interactive story will be centered around Hero/es and Heroine/s who goes from top dog to losing to characters and creatures they would normally easily defeat after having their powers, abilities, skills and or levels taken from them and getting firmly demoted into a tier of strength where they are easily bullied and pushed around by even the weakest of characters and or creatures of their setting. Be it a level 3 Goblin, sidekick, a C-Tier villain, one of said C-Tier villains henchmen and mooks or even just a normal civilian they will rank FIRMLY below them. Loosely inspired by a Interactive story I read before and more so by a story called Level Down, I am open to giving you all lots of creative ways to bring about the reversal of fortune and lose of powers from the heroic side. Be it via a random god with reality warping powers cursing them, somebody hitting them with a status effect (a personal favorite of mine), making a bet that turns out poorly, you can go crazy when it comes to the how and why. But, I would like a reason be provided. The Hero and or Heroine should not WANT this to happen to them though. While I am not opposed to them growing to eventually accept their new situation / embrace a submissive side, in fact I actually encourage if not demand it, they should always initially have it happen to them and fight back against it / be saddened by the loss and never seek it out or desire it. As far as rules? 1) Do never use underage characters in explicitly sexual situations of any kind! Either age them up if you wish to use them (aka if you want Harry Potter characters, they start school at 18 and Hogwarts becomes more of a University) or keep your storyline non-sexual in nature. After all, not all stories with humiliation / demotion themes MUST be sexual. 2) No animals in explicitly sexual situations either! Anthro is okay, as are monster girls / guys etc 3) I want no extreme humiliation or bodily harm. The weakened characters being spit on is okay for example, but anything that involves scat, piss, vore and stuff like that are not. Same with anything involving necrophilia. And while the characters can get roughed up, I do not want them tortured, any permanent damage done to them etc 4) Cuckold and or Cuckquean "themes" are HEAVILY encouraged by me. If the hero and or heroine have any love interest at all, they should be either dominated, courted successfully or otherwise fall in love towards and submit to somebody else. 5) Likewise, I would personally encourage that beyond just a sexual nature of it, potential friends, students and or fans of the character in question in the story shift their admiration to the new dominant character, or at least lose it to the original one. 6) You can dangle the idea of letting heroes and heroines hope for a reversal of whatever happened to them before their face, but it cant ever actually happen in a permanent sense. Even under a scenario where they do briefly get their powers, stats, abilities etc back, it should be taken away quickly. 7) Not so much a rule, but a suggestion to make it a bit more satisfying? Have the initial loss / demotion be at least slightly caused by the hero/in themselves somehow. Like underestimating a dungeon they enter, mocking a god they think is not real, a monster they fight and dismiss as to weak to be a thread, making a bet they (falsely) thought they would win etc As long as you keep my rules in mind, I hope lots of people have fun with my story! |
