Brianna's massive belly lands right on top of you. And you splatter, underneath her enormous weight. Brianna then just sits up and Carly says "Hey, Brianna what's that stain on your top?"
"Huh. Stain, oh-no these were new pyjama's." Brianna replies.
As the stain was the only thing left of John.
