Alan saw a bunch of kids heading at him. He didn’t want to found by them so there was only one place to hide, inside the overturned boot. He crawled inside just out of site as the boys approached. Watching until he saw and heard them pass be thought it would be safe to come out.
Before he could make his way out the officers got a call on their radio about a disturbance by the skate park. The giant officer reached down and turned the boot upright. Alan tumble with a thud to the bottom. With out even looking the officer lifted the boot to put it on. Half way in he pointed the toe of the boot downward. Alan tumbled into the darkness. He looked behind him as the intruding foot extinguished the light.
This can’t be happening he thought as the officers heal landed with a thud trapping Alan in the toe of the boot.
Luckily there was just enough room between the sweaty socked foot and the toecap. Alan was tossed about as his giant captor walked briskly with his partner to the skate park.
Nearly there they saw the teens dissipating and the call was cancelled.
