head to principal's office

Denise heads to the principals office. At first he is astounded and outraged to see the state of dress she is in. He immediately gives her a spare shirt they have, a not so great but okay shirt from school spirit day. However, after she begins to break down and explains what happened, he forgives her and looks outside his office. He mentions to a passing teacher what happened and they nod with a knowing glare and quickly retrieve the girl. The principal recognizes the girl immediately and he is not surprised it was her, she has always been a troublemaker. He demands Denise be returned her blouse. The girl's mouth drops in shock and infuriation, but she soon relents as the principal continues to raise the days in-school suspension she must serve. Denise thanks the principal and he smiles and says not to worry that she can count on him to be there for her.

She thanks him and hurries along to class with a note from the principal to her teacher explaining why he is late for class. She is grateful everything turned out alright, but now she is paranoid about what else people might try. She knows this won't help her get any new friends, but she can't help it, after all, if someone could just up and steal her clothing from right off of her...who knows what other twisted people are in the school.

She is thinking this over when she suddenly trips and falls, both of her notes fall to the ground. The one from her mother, and the one from the principal. She gasps and manages to scramble to pick one up. However, another student gets the other one and begins to look it over. Which one, does he have?
