You decide that your chances of survival are higher by heading to the village and figuring out what to do next. The music is lively enough that you get a comforted feeling that the villagers will be no harm.
You slowly shuffle your way off the ledge and walk slowly down towards the village, every step brings the volume of the drums higher and higher. You hesitate as you start to see glimpses of the simple little village and take a deep breath before cautiously walking through the opeing and presenting yourself to the villagers.
The vilagers draw close and look you over from head to toe, their expressions showing confusion and curiousity. They barely have any type of garments on, but they are decked out with numerous amounts of hand crafted jewelery. As you glance at some of the jewelery the naked figurine comes to mind and you quickly pull it out of your pocket.
The villagers step back from your quick movements but once the figurine is spotted they coo and shout with excitement and huddle around you with grins and pleased expressions. You stand there for a second and then try out your voice for the first time.
" What does this mean to you?" you ask as you hld out the figurine.
A random villager gives you a more than willing explanation.
"That figurine is a symbol of our village, resembling our innocence, freedom and happiness. The fact that you found this, shows that you are chosen to become part of this village and get very far in life as long as you stick with us. I am very excited that we might have a new member." The villager grins and as you look around you see many more ecstatic faces. You are sure they are waiting for a reply so you quickly think through your options and pick one.
