There he was! THERE HE WAS! I could almost kiss this machine. In fact, why not? Pucker up, baby! *Smooch* Just imagine it, we could do this whole thing all over again, from the beginning; I wouldn't look stupid or anything. I could say one thing, one simple thing to him, and then we could just go save, uh, er, what was her name again? I know he said it to me a couple of times but, I think I've forgotten it again. Let me think... Eileen? That was it wasn't it? No. Elaine? That was it wasn't it? Hmm.. no, possibly not...
"Don't worry Ellen, I'm coming!" Ahh yes, that was it! Ellen. Than... hey, wait a second, where's he think he's going?
I followed the man, uh, Sinclair I think, as he ran like some sort of wild animal toward the darkness. It was a smidge too dark for me so I just pulled open my backpack and put on some night vision glasses. And once again the whole place looked nuclear! Ha, it was really pretty awesome, now that I wasn't, you know, risking my life or anything. I kept running towards the guy, but I must've been making a bunch of noise or something because when he turned around he said,
"Why are you two following me?" And it sounded all loud and scary, just like last time.

Sinclair couldn't believe his eyes; he had just left that beautiful young woman sitting there all by herself in the pouring rain as he had gone forward to look for Ellen. But now as he jerked his head back, he spotted not only the woman he had spoken with, but a short and oddly shaped stranger that he had never met before in his life. The two were running at him like dogs howling for some beef. It almost scared him. He stood his ground, and asked the two of them,
"Why are you two following me?"
"I.. I... I wondered if you could help me.." The awestruck young woman asked; she was a little shook up, seeing the other man just standing there. Who was he? Did they know each other? Why did this tall dark stranger run off so fast?
"And you? What's your story?" Sinclair motioned to the short stranger.

Here it was, this was my chance to make the perfect impression. And this time I could actually help him save ... uh ... oh god what was her name again? Oh well, doesn't matter. What does matter is...
"Hi, I'm Zid, and ... I'm a time traveler.." Hmm... I wonder if that came off a bit... well, a bit strange, seeing as how he's looking at me that way.
"..What?" Was the growl I got out of him. She, the woman, Anne wasn't it? She just chuckled a bit. I don't get why they have to laugh all the time at the truth. What am I saying something funny?
"Ok, I don't think I have time for all of this..." Sinclair began saying when a loud noise in the distance was heard. Or I should say, we heard a loud noise. (This tense thing always gets me messed up, I never know which way to write in. One time I even wrote an entry log in the future tense. The things it does to your head) Oh yeah, back to the story, I almost forgot about that, well, let's see...
