Between her toes!

Naruto had to act fast or else he would end up being sealed underneath a coating of green nail polish! Just as the brush was only a few more inches away from him (from his perspective of course) Naruto jumped off Sakura's nail and landed into the small gap between her toes. He was safe, for now anyways.

However Naruto still wanted to get Sakura's attention before something really bad happens! He had two options from here. He could try rubbing the skin between her toes. Then maybe she would feel something. But one wrong move from Sakura and he could be crushed. Or he could just climb out and find another safer way of getting Sakura's attention! Making up his mind Naruto...
