Kim places him inside the waist band of her gym...

Excitement flashed suddenly across Kim's face. "I know you! You're the tiny boy that just came to this school right?" Phil's arms are burning from the strain of holding onto the locker but he manages to reply, "Yes! Please, can you help me?" A sly smile forms on Kim's lips, "Oh I think I can help you, after all you're not safe here on your own. Who know what could happen to you." Just as Phil's strength gives out and he releases the locker he feels Kim's firm, soft hand close around him, encompassing him in darkness. Suddenly, Phil feels like his stomach is being sucked up into his head as he moves quickly downwards. Kim opens her hand, giggling, and says, "You'll be nice and safe right here."

Phil just has time to see that she is stretching out the waistband of her gym shorts, giving him a bird's eye view of her pink, lacy panties. However, Phil doesn't get time to enjoy this splendid view as he is released and suddenly plunges downward. His descent is stopped with a jolt as his head snaps back into the soft flesh of her lower belly. Phil could feel the skin rising and falling in time with her breaths. Phil realizes that Kim must have snapped the waistband back just in time and now he is effectively glued to Kim. His arms and head are just above the cutoff line of her shorts, his lower body just below.
