New friendlyship

They didn't see the teacher coming, so they were both surprised. But Mr Prittey just smiled and said calmly :

"It's good to see that you're both eager to get to know you two better, but pay attention to the class please"
The two "Yes m'mam"

Mr Prittey walked back to her desk and continued the lesson. Valerie lowered her hand as gently as she could and Phil stepped out. Behind his giant classmate, he could hear whispers about them :

"She's so silly! I would have been more discrete!"
"Val has always been so dumb"
"I thought she was going to kiss him or doin' stupid things like that ..."

That was mean, and if he could hear it, Val too. He looked up at her as she was staring at the teacher. Putting out his school stuff, he said (so silently that only her could hear him):

"You're kind. I would like to know you better, if you want."

Immediately, she turned her look at him, a bit confused. He had a so gentle face, that she smiled back at him. But they had to be care-full for they didn't wanted to get the teacher mad. So she just wrote her answer on her book next to him.

"Thank you. I'll be glad if we did that. After the class, i'll make you visit the school."

Phil could feel his heart getting warmer. it was a soft feeling to meet someone kind. They both smiled for the rest of the lesson, eager to hear the bell rigging. When it did, Val wrapped gently her delicate fingers around Phil and brought him to ...
