Title of Work: : The Unguarded Truth
Author of Work: : Lady Lots Quills-H of Stark
Date: : July 15, 2016

Plot:
A caregiver is serving tea to an old lady with Dementia.

Scene/Setting:
An old lady is sitting in a chair. Her caregiver brings her, her medicine carefully breaking up the pieces because the lady has trouble swallowing the pills. The older lady asks for some tea and then starts to talk about the past. The caregiver listens as she tells how her sister seduced a man and then got pregnant. The lady tells how she brought her sisters baby home and then raised it as her own. She talks about how she used to sit and listen to her father when she was younger and learned all about plants. Mrs. Wyman, Sarah, the caregiver about how there were certain plants which could cure and certain plants which could kill. As they talk the caregiver learns that Mrs. Wyman, killed her sister, by poisoning her. We learn the caregiver is Mrs. Wyman's grand-daughter. Sarah had no idea Mrs. Wyman was not her real mother, or that she had killed her real mother.

Characters:
Mrs. Wyman, Patient
Sarah, Caregiver

Suggestions:
Interesting flip to the story. The ending was not so much as a surprise, as it was a expected conclusion. You did very well building the story. I have no problem picturing what is happening. You might want to add something along the lines of how Sarah physically reacted to the news that her real mother was killed by the woman in front of her.
