Overall Impression/Emotional Impact:
I thought this was a cute little limmerick. I wished that it could have been a little longer. Why were they all there together and didn't like each other. That in itself is so funny. They were clowns who should be happy but they were all sad. Then again, I guess there are sad clowns too.

Rhyme & Meter:
Good.

Grammar/Spelling:
None that I could find.

Suggestions:
May have been a limited line contest, I don't know. If not, I would have like just a bit more.
