Hello Quiltingmama !

Happy Writing.Com Anniversary day and month! I was just looking for someone to review today and your handle caught my eye (I've loved every quilter I've ever met, even though I'm not one yet myself). Then the title of this piece caught my eye. Then the description caused me to open it. I hope you find my review encouraging and uplifting.

INITIAL IMPRESSION / OVERVIEW:
*Bulletg* Wow. That was my first impression upon finishing reading your non fiction essay. You literally brought tears to my eyes. Excellent writing and conveying of emotion. Well done! *Clap*

*Bulletg* You kept me riveted and I read straight through to the end. Well done! *Clap*

MORE DETAILED FEEDBACK:

*Bulleto* You and your Mom clearly had a very special relationship. And you were an excellent daughter to her. Truly the apple of her eye. I absolutely loved reading this piece of yours, even though you made me cry and miss my own mother, who has also passed on. Your beautiful heart and soul shined through this piece. Well done! *Clap*

*Bulleto* I could totally relate to the two sets of children thing. One of my brothers and I had one kind of childhood, then the next brother had a totally different (better) childhood. And the third even more different and we all had different relationships with our parents too. The last one never even met our father (he was adopted after they divorced).

*Bulleto* I liked this piece and admire you so much already that I fanned you here, even though I think this is the only thing I've read by you so far. You really blew me away (in a good way. Well done! *Clap*

*Bulleto* I didn't notice any spelling or grammatical mistakes (or mistakes of any kind) in your emotional essay. Well done! *Clap*

*Bulleto* Your piece is so good that I would have nominated it for a Quill award, had I read it back when you wrote it (granted, I was a newbie then, and the rules were different, we could tell people that we nominated them then, but now it's top secret. *Smile* But I wanted to convey that it's that good! You could probably find a place to publish this for pay if you wanted to. Well done! *Clap*

IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR PIECE STRONGER:
I would love to have something great to share here, but I think it's perfect as it is. Well done! *Clap*

CONCLUSION:
*Bulletv* You have a great writing style and beautiful soul and I enjoyed reading this emotional essay of yours. Well done! *Clap*

*Bulletv* Thank you for sharing your time, heart, and writing with the Writing.Com community!

May love, joy and peace be yours in abundance!
