Hello Joseph,

my name is Tiggy in Antigua and I am reviewing your story as a judge for "Journey Through Genres: Official Contest" . Thanks for entering! Please bear in mind that my comments and suggestions are only my opinion. Other reviewers might see it differently.


*PenB* First Impression:

I’ve always liked music but until now, I could have told you very little about the history of it. Your article helped a lot and I’ve learned quite a bit. I don’t play an instrument and somehow, I seem to have forgotten everything I’ve learned in music classes at school - or maybe this kind of information was never taught. To tell you the truth, I don’t really remember much about those classes *Laugh* So I thank you for the refresher which I found both interesting and informative.


*PenG* Suggestions:

I only noticed one little error, right at the beginning:

!047 words.
I’m guessing that was supposed to say 1047.


*PenP* Final Thoughts:

Unfortunately, the contest asked for the entries to be short stories, and this is not. I’m hoping that you will find another contest where you might be able to enter this piece because you clearly put a lot of effort into writing it and it would be a shame if it didn’t get the recognition it deserves.
